As part of the internationalisation offensive "Go International" of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and the Federal Ministry of Labour and Economics, Katerina and Philipp spent a month in the USA.
The Austrian internationalisation offensive "Go International" serves as a start-up aid for exports. This supports export-oriented companies in every phase of their operations in order to gain a foothold abroad. We at WAIBROsports also benefited from this and were in the USA in October to get to know the American market and to inspire potential investors for the WAIBRObelt. For one month, Katerina and Philipp ventured across the "big pond" and visited the Mecca of the global start-up scene: Silicon Valley. There were plenty of coaching sessions, networking events and numerous visits to companies, organisations and trade fairs. They returned to Austria at the end of October with many great experiences, contacts and learnings. Several meetings and talks, among others with investors and Paralympics medallists, strengthened our vision: to revolutionise the sport for the blind together!
